How it works

Before your appointment, you’ll complete a pre-appointment questionnaire and share a selection of non-invasive photographs in fitted clothing, along with images of outfits you’ve felt particularly good, or less confident in. This allows me to prepare your individual assessment in advance, tailored to your proportions and styling goals.

During our one-to-one virtual consultation, we’ll explore your body shape and discuss how different silhouettes, cuts and styling techniques can work with your proportions. You’ll learn how to create balance, introduce gentle waist definition or enhance curves where desired, and use techniques such as the rule of thirds to create more harmonious outfits.
